Facilitation
Individuals have a wealth of information, perspectives and innovative ideas. An effective facilitation process leverages this value as participants jointly address challenges and opportunities, negotiate new meaning, and create networks for effective action to meet the group’s or organization’s goal. Our job is to work jointly with our clients to design and lead the group process; support constructive communications; help improve how the group examines and solves problems, and makes decisions. As facilitators, we help our clients determine their goals and assess how to get there.
“Multiple perspectives and interpretation are always available to us… expanding our awareness of our stories and contexts helps us minimize the enmeshed unproductive patterns.”
