Conflict Management: Sustainable Intervention
Change is sustainable when it is collaboratively created. We work with the existing system’s culture to develop strategies for change that meet the needs of our clients, taking into account the attitudes, behaviors and context of their unique situation. For sustainable change to occur, there must be time and space within which changes can happen, a place where all stakeholders are heard, ultimately creating a strong and resilient network of positive working relationships. We ask, how can we make things better, and how can we increase the engagement of stakeholders in order to sustain the changes desired? Our interventions are designed for the long term, focusing on meaningful change and transformation of relationships and incorporating monitoring and evaluation measures.
