Mobilizing the Potential of Conflict
ACCORD serves individuals, families, businesses and organizations. Trained at Columbia University, we facilitate change through coaching, consulting and mediation, including family business conflict mediation.
Conflicts are often costly—financially, in the form of protracted legal battles and decreased employee or family member engagement; emotionally, as they take their toll on us in a personal context; and relationally, with family members and co-workers. We strategize with individuals, family businesses and organizations to guide them towards resolution of their disputes thereby mitigating the costs of conflict and developing the skills necessary to sustain change.
“Values underlying constructive conflict resolution are reciprocity, human equality, shared community, fallibility and non-violence”
